Pumpkin Patch

Today we visited the Pumpkin Patch in Irvine.  It was our second time visiting this Pumpkin Patch and I wanted it to be a special place we start coming to every year as the girls pick out the Pumpkin they want. We started off by taking a few pictures since the location was great. After putting the girls through my torture with picture taking while all tke kids around them were having fun picking out pumpkins I let them have at it and pick them out. Arianna picked a pretty good pumpking perfect for her size, and Avery picket hers out perfect for her size. When we got home it was to late to carve them…all though the girls didn’t seam to think so!  we decided to carve them another day and just head to bed. It was a nice family day together and the girls got to ride the train right before we left.

Arianna’s two

This day was a special day and took weeks in planning. I took day’s thinking of the cake I wanted to make, and came up with some creative idea’s for goodie bags, and cup cakes. I was so excited that Kevid tried to participate in the creating of goodie bags and helping me as much as he could with creative ideas. I spent a lot of time on Etsy picking out her outfit. Although very similar to what she had last year, I was still please with her ourfit.

Thank you to everyone who showed up and thank you for sharing this special day with my family!

Bear’s 1st Birthday

Today was my god sons 1st birthday party. The theme was Tomas the Train. At the begining of the day it seamed as if the birthday was going to be washed away with the rain. It had rained the whole week and didn’t think Sunday was going to be an exception. For some strang reason today was such a beautiful sunny day. It rained for all of 20 min in the morning and the day ended up being hot, sunny, and simply perfect for a perfect little boy. My girls just love this little man and can’t get enough of him. They refer to him as “my little brother” and i’m thinking they to have come to grips with the fact that daddy might not have boys.

The goodies were great and it was  fully equiped with an awsome Salvadorian cook. This food is so good and I can literally never get enough. I mean really!!!! I can still eat even after I’m stuffed. The goodie bags were so cute and the decorations worked out as well. I’m glad I can be a part of this little man’s life and look forward to all his other birthday’s to come.
